The TOWIE babe was loving posing for pictures as she slowly sauntered along the red carpet

She easily stole the show
Chloe Sims knows that there can only ever be one belle of the ball.
And the reality star made sure it was her when she attended a charity event held for the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund at The May Fair Hotel in London on Wednesday.
Chloe, who's been a cast member on TOWIE since 2011, came armed to turn heads as she rocked up to the gala wearing a glamorous red gown.
The dress was the perfect number to show off the blonde's body as its material clung to her trim waistline and curvy bum.

As well, the frock was backless - a design that Chloe was happy to show off throughout the evening.
It appeared that whenever the 33-year-old had her photo taken she was quick to turn away and display the bow detail at the back.

Afterwards the blonde couldn't resist sharing it online - much to the delight of her 476,000 followers on Twitter.

Kendall Jenner warned she’d get shot while trying to visit soldiers in Kazakhstan

She was dressed to impress
Kendall Jenner gets dinner at Nobu restaurant in New York on March 22nd 2016
Model Kendall Jenner nearly risked her life when she tried to pay a visit to soldiers in Kazakhstan.
The Calvin Klein model was travelling from Turkey to China and wanted to speak to soldiers who were loading military aircraft on the tarmac but was told she couldn’t in case she was shot.
Recalling the incident, Kendall told Vogue: “Our pilots were like, don’t go over there; they’ll shoot you!”
During her Vogue cover interview, Kendall also recalled her over-amorous fans – pointing out that her Brazilian fans were “very enthusiastic and loving”.
She said: “One jumped on the back of our van. The guy is just hanging on, and it’s like, whoa, and then all of a sudden he comes off and he hits the ground, but then he pops back up and starts running again. Crazy!”
The 20-year-old model is celebrating covering Vogue, following in the steps of her sister Kim Kardashian – well, a special digital edition of the US magazine, anyway (so not quite the paper mag, but she’s getting there).
But it's fitting that it's a digital cover, because the interview celebrates Kendall's legions of Instagram and Twitter followers to the magazine – currently standing at a combined 68.4million.
She told the magazine: “[My Instagram] has to be organic.
“You don’t want to do too many posts, You want to leave them wanting to come back… mystery.”
Kendall also spoke about the creative proves behind her most famous selfie, where her locks of hair have been arranged into heart shapes – which last year was the most liked selfie on Instagram in 2015 .
She explained: “I was having a bad day. I wasn’t in the flow. I was like, Everyone sucks. That’s when I did my best image.
“I was lying in bed and messing with it. And I thought, Is this good? And I just posted it, and I remember looking at it right away and having a lot of likes and saying, ‘Huh.’”
It seems we really do live in an age where selfies are an art form.
And when Kendall's not busy being all arty on social media? Nope, she doesn't want to go to college if you were wondering.
The model said: “You talk to people and they say the reason they went to college was to get a job, but I already have a job, so…”

12 Sex Scene Confessions By Actors

Just because it’s fun to watch doesn’t mean it’s fun to make. It only takes a few minutes to watch your favorite movie scenes, but unless the cast and crew were incredibly lucky, it probably took hours to shoot them.
And while a scene may seem really cool or funny when they start working on it, it’s pretty common for it to lose its magic by around the 50th take. After all, acting can be an amazing, rewarding job, but it’s still a job.
It stands to reason that a particularly steamy sex scene often isn’t going to feel that sexy for the actors. When actors talk about these scenes in interviews, they often describe them more as awkward, uncomfortable or exhausting.
Still, whether these scenes were enjoyable or not, they can still make for some interesting stories.

1. Henry Cavill

Cavill generally feels uncomfortable when he’s naked in a room full of people, and he doesn’t find the physical work of the scene particularly sexy either.
He said “all you’re doing is smacking your nuts against someone, and nothing is going in.”
He added that it’s especially embarrassing if he accidentally shows his “excitement” during a scene, which he considers unacceptable in a professional environment.
1. Henry Cavill

2. Lena Dunham

During the first season of Girls, Dunham would wear a “nude patch,” but because it was glued on, it would keep falling off when she got sweaty. Since her male co-stars never cared when they saw her genitalia, Dunham stopped bothering with the nude patch by season two.
2. Lena Dunham

3. Kristen Schaal

Right before her sex scene in The Last Man on Earth, Schaal shot another scene where she had to eat a lot of beans. Because the scene involved her laying flat on her stomach on top of co-star Will Forte and yelling a lot, it was inevitable that she would eventually fart on him.
She added that while sharing a sex scene with your co-star is often considered an awkward experience, farting on them is apparently as intimate as it gets.
I guess we’ll have to take her word for it.
3. Kristen Schaal

4. Nicole Kidman

In the film The Paperboy, Kidman shared a notoriously rough scene with John Cusack. But even though Cusack was all but tossing Kidman around the room “like a mop” and left her with bruises, Nicole asserted that she was fine when asked by director Lee Daniels.
Kidman said she kept mum because she knew Cusack was being rougher than he realized, but she wanted him to feel free and didn’t want to humiliate him.
4. Nicole Kidman

5. Bradley Cooper

Cooper and his Wet Hot American Summer co-star, Michael Ian Black, agreed before their sex scene that they would wear nothing but tube socks and that the scene would evolve into Black calling Cooper’s character Benjamin because it’s his “Christian name.”
Director David Wain wanted to use the raw audio from the scene, but the sound mixer warned him that it would give the movie an X rating due to the intense moaning and breathing from Cooper and Black.

6. Amy Schumer

Schumer wasn’t concerned about being nude for a film crew as much as appearing vulnerable duringTrainwreck‘s non-comedic sex scenes. As for the physicality of the scenes, she said that given the choice between having a conversation in a diner with a co-star and having them thrust into her thigh, she’d prefer the diner.
Particularly if they served coconut cream pie.
6. Amy Schumer

7. Ryan Gosling

The sex scene Gosling shared with Michelle Williams in Blue Valentine was reputedly angry and unusually realistic. Gosling said this scene was difficult because he had to unlearn a lot of what he knows about being an actor.
Usually, actors have to be mindful of their co-star’s light and avoid stepping on their lines, but because real intimacy is messy, all of that went out the window for this scene.

8. Matt Bomer

Bomer described his love scenes as “surreal,” largely because they often involve trying to have an intimate moment with someone he doesn’t know very well while he’s wearing a sock over his genitals and a guy eating a jelly donut is holding a boom mic up to them.
Still, Bomer added that his scenes with Lady Gaga in American Horror Story work well because of how gracious of an actor she is.
8. Matt Bomer

9. Michael Fassbender

Between Shame and A Dangerous Method, Fassbender has a lot of experience getting intimate on film. Yet, he considers it an uncomfortable and stressful experience that it’s best to get over with as quickly as possible.
For him, the key is communication and ensuring that he knows exactly what his co-star is comfortable with before he does anything.

10. Mindy Kaling

In contrast to most of the actors on this list, Kaling quite enjoys her sex scenes. She considers “crawling around in bed” with people one of the most cozy and intimate ways to get to know them better.
And as for being watched by about 50 people while it’s going on, her attitude is “the more, the merrier.”
10. Mindy Kaling

11. Diane Farr

The veteran actress has a detailed rundown of how onscreen intercourse works in this piece for Esquire, but a standout fact is the timing for the climax is dictated by the director.
She also reported having a giant light frequently pointed at her crotch during rehearsal, which isn’t quite what we have in mind when we think of a hot love scene.
11. Diane Farr
Hamm compared shooting a love scene to running in the rain in that it’s uncomfortable at first but you learn to enjoy it as you go along. He felt awkward about bouncing on Kristen Wiig in a flesh-colored thong during their scene in Bridesmaids, but that was partly because we was worried he was hurting her.
So once they worked out that she could punch him in the side if he was, things went fairly smoothly.

Brussels explosions:34 Killed and 180 wounded in two attacks.

Three separate explosions brought death and destruction to Brussels this morning as three bomb blasts killed 34 people and injured dozens more during 79 minutes of terror.
At 8am local time this morning, a first explosion ripped through the main hall near check-in desks at Brussels Airport sparking chaotic scenes in the terminal.
Just seconds later, and after witnesses reported hearing shouts in Arabic, another blast rocked the building, throwing bodies into the air and leaving passengers dismembered on the floor.
1
Thousands of terrified people streamed out of the building as it emerged 14 had been killed and dozens more injured in the twin blasts.
Smoke was seen billowing from the main hall of Zaventem Airport, with prosecutor Frederic Van Leeuw later saying the assault was likely to have involved at least one suicide bomber.
In the minutes that followed the first attacks, planes in the air were diverted to other major airports in Belgium while Zaventem was evacuated and closed down.
But as emergency services were still evacuating the terminal, reports started to emerge of a second atrocity at a packed Metro station in the city.
At 9.19am local time, only 79 minutes after the airport blast, a third explosion ripped through Maalbeek station – 400 yards from the EU headquarters – killing 20 more people.

Injured passengers are covered in blood and dust after the explosions in the terminal building which happened at about 8am today.
In the minutes that followed, dozens of bloody commuters were seen emerging through the smoke, some with horrific injuries.
At 9.23am, Eurostar services in and out of Brussels were suspended and airlines to and from other destinations were warning passengers of potential disruption as the effects of this morning’s terror attacks were felt around the world.
Three minutes later the Belgian Crisis Centre told commuters that there was ‘no public transport’ and that people should stay where they are. Residents fearing for the safety of their friends and parents were also told to avoid texting or using social media because the Network was ‘getting saturated’.

At about 11am Belgian federal prosecutor Fredere Van Leeuw confirmed that the three explosions were terror attacks.
Reports then emerged that Belgian police had found a Kalashnikov assault rifle next to a dead attacker at Brussels airport, while an unexploded suicide vest was also found in the rubble..
Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel then called the attacks ‘blind, violent and cowardly’ as he urged the people of Belgium to ‘show calmness and solidarity.’
At 10.40am Prime Minister David Cameron said he was convening the government’s emergency committee after the explosions adding that he and Britain would ‘do everything we can to help.’
At just after noon today. Downing Street said one British national was known to have been injured in the bomb attack.
About an hour later, French President Francois Hollande said the attacks ‘struck Brussels but it was Europe that was targeted – and all the world that is concerned.’ German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s chief of staff called for solidarity with Belgium following the Brussels attacks that left scores dead.

Lockdown: Rue de la Loi, which runs outside the station, is sealed off by police and emergency services in the wake of the 9.19am attack
Just after midday it was reported that police were carrying out house searches in Brussels and that police were hunting suspects believed to be linked to the attacks.
In the hours that followed armed police were deployed to airports, train stations, ports and border crossings around the world in the immediate aftermath of today’s suspected suicide attacks in Brussels.
From New York to Moscow, security measures were stepped up at transport hubs across the globe with police and military personnel carrying out extra high-visibility patrols and additional checks.
At 12.15pm, it emerged that more than 200 flights to Brussels have been diverted or canceled.
Minutes later, the U.S. Embassy in Brussels recommended that Americans in Belgium stay where they are and avoid public transportation.
Europe remained on high alert this afternoon and at about 12.50pm police in the Netherlands halted an international train from Brussels to Amsterdam at a station just one stop from the Dutch capital’s busy Schiphol Airport as a precaution. Police said they were searching the train and its passengers.

Local police said on Twitter that Hoofddorp station had been evacuated and will stay closed until the investigation is completed. Passengers were being put up in nearby hotels.
There was no immediate word of any arrests and police did not say what prompted them to stop the train
Train and bus stations, ports and road checkpoints were also put on high alert, with armed police on the streets in major global cities including London and New York, sniffer dogs deployed and extensive border checks put in place.

A new iPhone, a new iPad and more…

That’s the main takeaway from the company’s March 21 event at its Cupertino, Calif. headquarters, where it showed off a new iPhone and a new iPad that were tinier than their most recent predecessors.

A 4-inch iPhone

Apple is bringing back the 4-inch iPhone in the form of the iPhone SE, a device that matches the screen size of the iPhone 5s but has internals akin to the iPhone 6s.
The iPhone SE will feature Apple’s most advanced handset processor, the A9 chip, as well as a 12-megapixel camera. The device starts at $399 (or free with a two-year-contract with a wireless provider) and will be available in stores March 31.
iphone

A Smaller iPad Pro

Apple’s tablet elbowed its way into the business market last year with the iPad Pro, a 12.7-inch device that supported the use of a stylus dubbed the Apple Pencil and an official keyboard that allows the device to compete with Microsoft’s Surface. The new iPad takes those same features and shrinks them into a 9.7-inch device, the same size as the company’s flagship iPad Air line.
An improved 12 megapixel camera and a brighter screen that is able to adapt its coloring to match ambient light round out the iPad’s most important new features. It goes on sale March 31 starting at $599.

A New Version of iOS

The latest version of the iPhone’s operating system, iOS 9.3, will bereleased Monday, packing new features such as Night Shift, which removes blue light from the device’s display in the evening to help users go to sleep. There are also new privacy protections with the ability to password-protect specific notes.

An Apple TV Update

The company is rolling out an update to its Apple TV set top box Monday that will let users organize apps into folders on the device’s home screen. Siri is also being integrated into the App Store. Users will also be able to dictate to the Apple TV, which will let people say their username and password rather than having to peck at letters on a virtual keyboard.

An Apple Watch Price Cut

Apple is slashing the price of its Apple Watch smartwatch by $50 to $299. The company is also introducing a number of new watch bands made of woven nylon, sporty neoprene and leather in a variety of colors. The Apple Watch has quickly leapfrogged competitors to become the best-selling smartwatch in the world.

New Health Data Apps

Apple continues to expand its line of “kit” development platforms with CareKit, which aims to help developers build apps dedicated to tracking users’ health data. The company showed off a couple of introductory apps, including one to help people with Parkinson’s disease and another to let patients track health metrics after being discharged from the hospital.

Why was Belgium targeted by the bombers?

Belgium seems an unlikely location for a hub of European extremist violence. But there are good reasons for the concentration of radical activity in the small state. Many of the problems that lead to militancy are common across the world, developing and developed, and though they may differ in severity, have the same consequences.
These include a sizeable and poorly integrated Muslim minority, high levels of youth unemployment in that community, the availability of arms, a highly developed communications and transport network passing through the country, authorities that have been often complacent, and always under-resourced and domestic political instability.
Like other countries, Belgium has also seen the apparently inexorable spread of a violent ideology through social media and among peers which, if it does not directly encourage violence, certainly promotes a hate-filled, intolerant and deeply conservative worldview.
The historic roots of the current problem are deep. As elsewhere in Europe, Belgium suffered waves of terrorism in the 1980s and 1990s linked to unrest in the Middle East. “There is a very long history of connection between Belgium and France in the realm of terrorism,” said Rik Coolsaet, an expert in terrorism at the University of Ghent.

In the first half of the last decade, as European security services struggled to understand the new threat they faced, and bombs exploded in Madrid and London, Belgium was largely ignored, despite mounting evidence of extremist networks based in the country.
If only a few score Belgians made their way to Iraq, this was still a sizeable contingent in relative terms. The volunteers included a convert from Charleroi, who died in 2005 while bombing a US convoy in Iraq, becoming the first European woman to launch a suicide attack.
Others travelled to Afghanistan. In 2008, a network sending young Belgian Muslims to al-Qaida training camps was broken up. Many appeared disappointed by what they found in the combat zone but that did not seem to stem the flow. Several returned with the intention of committing attacks at home, prosecutors claimed.
In Belgian cities, ostensibly non-violent radical networks flourished. One particular group attracted the attention of authorities, eventually prompting a vast trial.
However, as in other European countries, it was the the war in Syria that catalysed deep existing problems. By some estimates, Belgium has supplied the highest per capita number of fighters to Syria of any European country. Experts say about 450 out of a total population of 11 million that includes fewer than half a million Muslims have travelled. A “high-end estimate” by Belgian researcher Pieter van ostaeyen is 562. Most join the Islamic State, while some opt for the al-Qaida affiliate Jabhat al-Nusra. More than 80 have been killed, many in recent battles in eastern Syria.
Molenbeek, a borough of 90,000 in the capital where some neighbourhoods are up to 80% Muslim, is seen by many as a particular problem. Some commentators have claimed Molenbeek is a virtual no-go area where “police have little grip”. But interviews on the ground reveal a diverse community struggling to come to deal with a significant problem.
Leman, the activist who also works there, said recruiters often told teenagers their parents do not know “true Islam”. “They give a typical adolescent process [of rebellion] an Islamic dimension,” Leman said.
aMontasser AlDe’emeh, a researcher in Molenbeek who counsels former and current fighters, said he personally knew one of two people who fought in Syria who were killed in January in a shootout with Belgian police in the town of Verviers.
“He used to come into the cafe where I go from time to time. Everyone knows everybody round here. They talk, share videos, make plans. That’s how it works ,” said AlDe’emeh.
The role of mosques is controversial. AlDe’emeh said he knew of several clerics preaching in mosques who travelled to Syria last year. “Imagine what they were telling their congregations,” he said.
AlDe’emeh believes there are two profiles of militants: the naive idealists who were the first wave to travel to Syria, and a second wave of much more violent extremists prepared to strike in their homeland. The latter have often long histories of involvement in sometimes serious crime.
But Abdelilla, a social worker with 20 years’ experience in Molenbeek, said mosques, whether officially registered or not, were not a major problem. And one mother whose son was killed fighting for Isis in Syria last year said he never attended mosques but had got involved with people “on the street”.
Nor is poverty an explanation. Many of the Paris attackers were relatively well off. There is much activity beyond Molenbeek, too, even if several of the attackers who killed 130 in Paris last year grew up and lived there.
One of those who escaped a dragnet early last year that rolled up most of a network of Belgians who had returned from Syria and were preparing to launch a series of attacks, was Abdelhamid Abaaoud. He went on organise the attacks in Paris.
In the aftermath of that attack, Brussels authorities closed down the city for almost a week, shutting schools, offices and cultural buildings. Sporting events were cancelled and the army, with armoured vehicles, was deployed on to the streets.
But few were reassured as a wavering government of a country that has always had difficulty reconciling its French- and Flemish-speaking communities and is prone to political instability, made a series of seemingly contradictory announcements about the security situation.
Belgian security services appeared – despite the quality of many individual officials – overwhelmed. It was revealed that a few hundred agents were supposed to watch over thousands of potential militants. “We are simply exhausted,” one senior security official said in an email. A £200m counter-terrorism package was announced last month. It was too late.
Once again it was the one who got away who may have led to many more deaths. Salah Abdeslam, a French national who grew up in Molenbeek, was the sole survivor of the group sent to gun down and bomb revellers in Paris. He fled back to Belgium and was finally caught on Friday. Local officials admitted on Tuesday they were well aware of what sympathisers might do in response to that arrest. Over coming days, and years, they will have to explain why they failed to stop an attack they knew was coming.
